Thinking to buy a house in Merriwa, just wondering whether its a safe suburb?

Awesome suburb ,used to be dodgy in the 1990,s but so did most northern suburbs back then,fully recommend buying here going to be worth a lot of money in years to come,its near the beach.

It's actually not that bad of a suburb. I moved here a year ago and all I copped from people was that it was Balga by the sea! Having lived here, its actually not too bad and it's affordable.

Used to live in Merriwa. Different areas are safer than others. Pick your area carefully even if you have to sit in you car at peak traffic times to check out the through traffic. Best thing we did was to ask the neighbors near to where we were looking to buy.
