LOL, nearly before computers. u mean PC's. i used computers at uni in 1978. OK, it took up a whole room and I used 350 pieces of card, but I used it!!! :)
Can you please tell me, if 2 people purchase a house but only one name is on the title of the house, can the other person (who's name is not on the titel) but the house on the market to sell?
Thanks,
Jess
Thanks for sharing that info about yourself. Was just wondering if this real estate industry is as much profitable as it was earlier and does this any future after say 8-10 years? My brother's been wanting to get into it but was a bit jittery whether to take it up as a full time career or not.
Hahaha Silasozzie, you are totally correct! I remember using them when I they first introduced them into schools and we used the old huge floppy discs! Now I feel old!
@Markhayau I think real estate is like owning any business. As a salesperson you can earn as little or as much as you like. It really comes down to learning everything you can, implementing it and then being hungry enough to do the work that needs to be done. Even with all the technology, this is still a people business. The market, is the market regardless of the cycle and good agents know how to get achieve their numbers and put the work in to that target. So let him know to find a good company, learn and listen to all the training material and soak in what the successful people share on what they do and they go out and implement/do it like a mad man!
