I work as a real estate agent in the area and I have assisted many families who have moved into Middleton Grange and they are all happy with the area.

The area does seem to be very family friendly.

I live in Middleton grange on the park bridge estate side; it has been safe and very family orientated from what I've seen in the 2 years I've lived here. Lots of young families here with proactive and friendly parents all trying their best to keep their kids entertained and also not too loud.
I am surrounded by young families in the area and I myself am in a DINK (double income no kids) situation and feel at ease with the way families interact in this area and the general safeness of the suburb.

My partner and I both go walking for exercise on a lot of days and nights and encounter lots of their young couples and individuals walking at the same time with their pets or kids. It is always lively with friendly faces strolling around yet quiet and safe.

No creeps in the area from what I've seen so far.
