i really cant tell u what it is like near this area because i have never lived here but my friend owns a house near hear n its all in all not that bad!!!!
but i must say that i cant afford anywhere else i have a five year old daughter and i cant even afford to pay the bond on my own so i have to go through housing trust which not many people in the real estate even do any more! even though i have lived on my own before and i was always up to date in my rent even when i had to leave my house because it was sold i got rent back and my bond fully refund
i still can not afford a place to live so im gathering because i am the first to report that it is all in all a bad area but if thats all i can afford wen other people get houses newer when having previous house and they destroy it i guess i have to live here!!!!
so all in all i dont want to live here but its all that i can seek help in getting so you tell me????
