Its not expensive considering its proximity to the CBD. Units are good value anywhere between $200.00 & 300.00 per week. Homes upwards of $350.00 per week depending on features and size.

Wouldn't say expensive but depends what your after my neighbour rents a he pays $430 for a 3 bedroom character home
