Could you please help with current quality of living in Milperra including raising a young kid?
Hi , I am a first home buyer and struggling to get into the market. I am someone who does'nt want to go too far from Sydney also has a young kid who will start school. Trying to buy in Milperra as I some property I found bit cheaper than surrounding suburbs.
