With only 3 households to be accessed on this no through road, there is very little outside traffic.
One of the flatter areas of Selby and also has the recreational Minak Reserve ajoining.
Neighbouring the Selby Community House (maternal health nurse location) for public meetings and many educational activities.
Around 150 metres to the Selby Tennis club.
300 metres from the Selby General Store (licenced) and Selby Family Clinic (doctors).
The kids love the spacious back yard with traditional kids activities of riding bikes and playing outside a regular.
We love it.
