Safety and other prospects of Minchinbury.

Living in Minchinbury since Jan-2022. Clean, quite and peaceful place. Surrounded by M4/M7 and Great Western High Way. The only downside is that it shared the post code 2770 with Mount Druit. However practically the suburb is almost completely separated from Mount Druit. Near to Rooty Hill station, Public Bus is quite regular. Eastern Creek Quarter shopping Mall is 3 Min drive from Minchinbury. School is comparatively quite better. Overall perfect place for families to live.

Minchinbury is quiet and quite safe. A lot of well established owner occupied homes. There's a small shop & dentist, bus stop, parks, community hall and school. It's a family area and luckily it's on the other side of the Great western Highway so you won't get much bother from surrounding areas. The only downside is it shares a post code 2770 with Mt druitt so double check insurance prices etc. all in all a really nice (little over priced) suburb
