I stay at this area for more than 15 years and i know the people of this street well. They are friendly and with neighbourhood spirit. With beautiful sunset, you will not regret to have a house here.

"A million dollar sunset sea view is just at your doorstep"
I am glad that I had made a decision to move into this area 3 years ago. Praise the Lord for that too. Beside the beautiful sea view, the living condition is just superb and is convenient to do whatever a family should likewise in other areas. Yes, there is not much nightlife in this area but it depends on what you want a nightlife be. If you prefer to sit under the pitch dark sky with some little decration of stars or enjoy your beer or wine at the seaside by listening to the rhythm of the waves .... this is the right place.

This was about two years ago. Thank God the road condition since then is safe. It is really covenient to live in Minnipa Drive as this is one of the bus route and the train station which is now under upgrading works. The sea view is as beatiful as those at luxury houses at the beach, The people living here are generally kind and pleasant. Shopping and eating out are no longer a problem likewise in the past especially with the opening of more and more restaurants. The 10 million library is going to be there as well. In conclusion, everything is just perfect when you are in Hallett Cove!
