Reviews of Modbury Heights, SA
"A great place to live in Adelaide"
Modbury heights suburb reminds me of the Blue Mountains NSW, so quite and peaceful way of living, so close proximity to shopping centre ,Hospitals, Modbury Heights School, petrol station , parks and multi cultural area too.
Note: when buying a property from the auction make sure you advised your Convayencer to check the property before settlement or get a building inspection before bidding, because a lot of old houses here that need TLC .
I just spent $50k on Reno and I got done, the Realestate I’ve dealt with a few months ago was incompetent and untrustworthy so please be aware and get yourself covered.
Overall the suburb ratings is 10/10
Best of Luck

"Handy to many shops, but increasing rentals and noisy cars"
Its super handy to be only about 5 mins drive from major shopping centres like Tea Tree Plaza, Golden Grove and Ingle Farm shopping centres, and busing in to the city for work is pretty good at about 40 mins. However there are a large number of cars with loud exhausts that like to zoom along Milne rd and McIntrye rd and occasionally doing laps around the surrounding streets in the first half of the night, and a fair few neighbours own these kinds of cars or motorbikes too. There seems to be an increasing rental population where we are on the west side of McIntyre road with the subdivide and knockdown/rebuilds. The area feels quite safe though with a lot of families living here, and loud late night parties are rare where we are.

"Amazing little town with not much respect"
No one really comes here and no one really knows much about us. It is a really nice little suburb in the North East area with plenty of parks and education. Not much to complain about

"Always popular with buyers"
I specialize in selling property in Modbury Heights and live on the border with Wynn Vale. It's always a joy selling in the area with friendly residents and strong buyer activity. The parks, trees, creeks & trails create a green natural setting and a lovely place to live.
