Personally I live there now and it is a quiet little town, there aren't many job opportunities unless willing to travel to Manildra. School has excellent reputation. We're moving away though as it is quite gossipy, difficult to travel to work, and there isn't much to do in terms of recreation. Perfect for retirees.
