"A little gem"
This quiet locale set amongst native vegetation with panoramic views across the Yarra River make up for the fact that this street is a little away from shops and public transport. If you are after a semi rural feel with larger blocks and plenty of wild life, this street will delight. The street has two entrances onto adjacent Bonds Road.
Truly a little gem of Melbourne's north east.

How big is the Plenty River? Is Plenty river becomes Yarra river or Plenty meets Yarra? Was there any flooding/overflow in plenty river in the last rains? I assume the StreetVIBE and StreetWIRED are given low rating becuase the suburb itself in a quiet and bushy location and most big homstead houses. Is the new Moreposa development by Metricon in Lower Plenty?
