Despite the previous bad comments on street because of the bad behaviour of some landlord, let me speak something fair about this street from the real estate terms.

Good:
Close to the transport
Close to the Safeway and Kmart (in the middle of it)
Have a number of big blocks with great potential for subdivide - this is rare in burwood east area

Poor
1. Have some trees but not green enough
2. Some owner are not careful about their behaviour to affect the community rating ...

Hello there, I was the previous tenant for this place.
Before the landlords renovated it, it was a dump. The carpet needed replacing, walls needed to be painted, tiles were falling in the kitchen, and the fence in the backyard needed fixing.
I lived there for almost 2 years and I complained many times for the landlord to fix it.
The fence is broken and has never been fixed and needs to be replaced with a newer one. I considered it unsafe for my then 6 year old daughter.
I considered the landlord to be arrigant and rude. They had me in tears on a number of accasions. They treat their tenants like dirt and will also talk to them in that way as well. I am a single mother with one child because my ex husband passed away. They told me that I should be marriade and that good girls are marriade and dont sleep around (not that I would ever do that!) The landlords are nasty and I would like to prepare the next tenant about this. Tenants dont bother with this place. I am sure you will find something better. I am also sure you will find nicer landlords too.
