"Really great location; but some annoyances"
Location is perfect. Great public transport, easy walk to shops, Prahran market, Botanical Gardens etc. Parking is appalling. The Argo gets a bit loud at closing time - and it will be developed in the next few years, further worsening congestion.
Perfect for singles and couples; probably not so great for families.
