There are a few gyms that my wife likes.
She likes to visit Carindale Fitness First, since it has a big pool and other facilities. She also likes Brisbane Boxing in Macgregor on Kessels road for a cardio workout and it is approx $9 per session.
We also like walking up Toohey forest tracks and on corner of evans rd and Toohey Rd there is a sports complex and PT training centre.
