Which are the safer pockets of Caboolture/Morayfield area?

I'm a Sunshine Coast local but am looking to move closer to Brisbane... I don't want to live right in the city - the outer suburbs are much more affordable. However I know the Caboolture/Morayfield area to be pretty dodgy...
