Do any relative bargains come to the Mosman market?
Have any properties come onto the market that seem to break away from the high prices that Mosman tend to always have.

I believe it's all about timing, demand and just how many properties are on the market.
Generally a good time to buy would be when there is a surplus of choice which can bring down the prices.
However in the current climate it would be difficult to snag a "bargain"
You would find some relatively good prices in Beauty Point relative to Mosman.
