Which one Geoff is the most consistent?
@CommunityMan - I would say Bacino Bar (either Raglan Street or Clifton Gardens). Great coffee every time in my experience. They also have one in North Sydney and another in Manly - both of which are consistently good in my books. (And no I don't work for them - I first discovered the one in North Sydney when I worked there, and subsequently the one on Raglan St, Mosman when I moved to Middle Head Road).
Found a great little cafe on weekend, Moslane. Everyone lines up like sheep outside Avenue... but this place is new and not everyone knows about it yet. Maybe I shouldn't be telling anyone! HA! Great spot away from the road. Coffee is very good! Just off Strand Passage, Military Road... opposite Mosman high school.
Moslane is no more. Stranded Gourmet is the new cafe/restaurant in this location. Serving Sant'Eustachio coffee imported from Rome weekly - one of only 2 locations in the whole of Sydney. Try it... amazingly smooth coffee. Cafe does breakfast and lunch and the restaurant will soon do dinners on Fridays and Saturdays.
