Is it safe to live in an apartment building on Murray Street, Mosman Park, WA?
Mosman Park, WA 6012 is located within the Mosman Park local government area, part of the Perth (Greater) Region in Western Australia.
I'm looking for rental places and found a great economical one at 2 Murray Street, Mosman Park, WA. However I've heard seniors at the office telling me how the place used to be filled with druggies and mess. I don't want to live in an area like that! Safety is very important for me. I'd like to know if anyone has lived down there and is the apartment/street/area generally safe or what?

I would definitely say it is safe to live because me and my wife have been living here since we came to Australia for further studies.
