We are looking to buy about 5-10 acres in the Southern Highlands and rent first to find our feet. We have 3 kids who will go to Oxley. I have some questions and would greatly love some local knowledge to help us with our search.
How come there seems to be a large amount of properties for sale ?
There also seems to be a very limited amount of rentals and most are very basic houses. How come?
I have heard there is coal seam gas in the area. Where are these operations planned or already?
Is there a better or worse area of Moss Vale?
Anything else we should know?
