Any particular reason that several properties on Byram Lake Road are on the market?

So far, I see that 220, 224, and 229 Byram Lake Road are for sale. All three are desirable, certainly from the photos I see. But I wonder if therre's something wrong with the location

As the Listing Agent for both 220 & 229 Byram Lake Rd, I happen to know that each family at this time has different needs. This is a very beautiful long road in a prime estate area. I know families that have lived there for over 30 years plus for a couple of generations! It is private and quiet and protected with sanctuary land and beautiful Byram Lake. It is also close to the Bedford Schools, Private Schools, Stores, Restaurants, Movies, Museums, and a world class medical center.

No, it's a wonderful location - a country road, yet close to everything. Just a number of different folks finding now is the right time for the market. Let me know if you would like to see any of them.
