Are you supposed to tip the unmetered taxis in Mt Kisco?

Tipping is up to the passenger but I know a few taxi drivers in the area and they appreciate a tip as it's part of their livelihood. Meter or no meter. All thr best, Brendan

Yes, providing your experience was a pleasant one. it is expected. Gratuity is not included.

This question can be answered both ways. Generally, I tip everyone that provides a service. If the driver is the owner of the car, he or she will be getting the fee. Hope this helps.
