Without a doubt - the river and being able to walk along it every morning and evening. Watching the sunrise, even a a freezing winter day is a great wake up routine. When the school rowers from down near Canning Bridge start their practices there is something quite refreshing and invigorating about the cold and the warmth of exercise - even if I am only walking!
