What sort of demographic of people living in Mount Richon?
What sort of demographic of people living in Mount Richon? Are they mostly retiree or do you have young people living there also? Do people mostly work close by or at the city? And if you're about to buy a property in Mount Richon, will you buy a smaller land or larger ones these days?

Mount Richon is a lovely suburb and I would recommend anyone to move here. The population is around 1,942. Median age is 49 with 21% being over 50 years of age. 68.2% are couples without children and 25.8% are families. I do not know the stats for peoples employment but from the people I know who live in the area a small portion work close by and others are spread out. If i had to put a figure on it I would say about 10% of people worked in the City. If you were to buy a property the average size is 1,000sqm.
