What is it like to stay in Mount Waverley and how will it be experienced? Additionally what is the crime in the area like?

It has a lot of nice areas and the shopping amenities are very good. But like all places, it has its good and bad. I believe the crime rates are a factor, but not enough not to live in Mt Waverly. Just make sure you research the roads you are considering.
