What are some good but affordable suburbs near Mount Waverley?
Mount Waverley, VIC 3149 is located within the Monash local government area, part of the Melbourne (Greater) Region in Victoria.
We want to spend no more than $370 a week in rent for a house - we have a medium size dog and two cats; and want it to be close to my husband's work in Mount Waverley!

The Jordanville estate which is technically now Ashwood and Chadstone is just next to Mount Waverley. It was once full of commission and old style homes, but now are being sold off a nd becoming 'trendy'.
Jordanville has its own train station and is centrally located next to Mount Waverley, Ashwood and Chadstone.
