The best views in Balwyn North. All property in this exclusive estate (Panoramic Estate) has a single dwellng covenant which mean that no there are no townhouses, apartments or units in the surrounding area. Lovely neighbbours who organise a renowned Christmas street party every year. Only 12 minutes to the city with no tolls. One of Boroondara City Council's finest streets. The sweeping views of the mountains cannot be beaten. The pinnacle of Balwyn North, in many ways.
