looking for a friendly soul to do a house (rental) inspection in my behalf, please help!

Can somebody please help me - I'd love to rent a house in Mullumbimby ASAP and I was told by the agent that I can't apply without a personal inspection or somebody in my behalf. It's a formality because I've got enough info to make a decision; I can't fly there to do the inspection as I'm stuck in Melbourne. I love the community vibes there, and I hope I could be a great asset to your community.
