"I live up towards Murdoch St at Chalet Court. This complex has a great environment and friendly neighbours."
The street is a mix of public housing, houses, semi detached terraces and a couple of unit/townhouse complexes. I like the diversity of the area. Graffiti can be a problem sometimes and there is a bit of petty crime.
The close proximity of Lyneham shops and Dickson shops is fabulous as are the off road bike paths to get you to them. Also lots of park space near by.
It is a quiet street on the De Burgh side. Noisier on the Northbourne Avenue side.

yes, a very eclectic mix of people in this neighbourhood. Bet there is a high ratio of PhDs etc/squaremetre.
