Are there restrictions on garden styles, paint colours etc in Castle Hill Estate?
When Castle Hill was first built in the 90's there were heavy restrictions on garden styling and house colours ie. Heritage style houses in heritage colours, lots of hedges etc. Is this still the case? Can you design your garden your own way?
