Looking for a home in Murrumbeena Rd?
"Close to all the good things"
For a semi-main road it is surprisingly good. Due to the bicycle lanes on each side there is less traffic than other main roads and it is easy to get out of your driveway. Traffic only noticeable at peak times.
Plenty of excellent parks and shops, especially if you are at the top end. ie. South of Kangaroo road and closer to Duncan McKinnon reserve.
