A great street to either raise a family or get away from a busy lifestyle. Depending on which side of the street you are on, you have a very different outlook - either across the marina and bay or canel and other houses. Most of the neighbours seem nice but do keep to themselves. Local primary school is walking distance (about 10mins). There are some really lovely parks nearby for kids of all ages - and some great walking/ running / cycling tracks nearby.
