Bouvardia Street, Niagara Park

Bouvardia Street, Niagara Park is located on the Eastern side of the railway line and Pacific Highway and is a cul-de-sac street surrounded by bushland at the top and southern side of the street. The bushland is abundant with bird life and is a pleasant serene environment although close to all utilities. It is positioned almost centrally, only a few minutes by car, between Wyoming shopping centre and Lisarow shopping centre. You can walk to Niagara Park station and the bus stop on the highway, there is a high school and primary school at Lisarow and a short drive to the Gosford CBD and waterfront as well as Gosford Hospital and Bluetongue Stadium. It is only 10 minutes to Ourimbah University and the F3 freeway.
This is a great quiet and friendly street to live in with good access to facilities.
