I've lived in Narara a couple of times over the last 20 years. There are a couple of areas in Narara that flood when it is high tide and that is the bottom of Carrington Street, and the bottom of Showground Road. They have done flood management over the years especially when they built Narara High School. The water crosses the road but goes down very quickly. There are no houses in the area that flood. I would buy a home in Carrington Street without hesitation.
