It has been our great pleasure to have Kylee help us again with the sale of our home. Once again, from the start, nothing was ever a problem. We all know that selling your home and moving is one of the most stressful things you can do but, even when we thought things weren't going quite how we thought they should, Kylee was there with her support and professional guidance to make sure everything ran as smoothly as possible. Use Kylee again? Of course absolutely without a doubt. Thank you Kylee.
Kylee's knowledge of real estate, her professionalism, communication skills are beyond reproach. Her personable presence and manner are a refreshing change from many others in the real estate business. These are the reasons we chose Kylee to sell our house in Terrigal. We put all aspects of the sale of our house entirely in Kylee's hands. Our trust in Kylee, was well rewarded with lots of buyer interest resulting in a quick sale at a price we were happy with.
I found One Agency to be upfront & honest from the very begining. Friendly & professional, i was very happy with the outcome & would highly recommend them!
We have known Kylee since she started her OneAgency Office in Wyoming. Kylees knowledge of real estate, professionalism, communication skills are beyond reproach. Her personable presence and manner are a refreshing change from many others in the real estate business. These are the reasons we chose Kylee to sell our house in Terrigal, even though the property was outside of her usual sales region. Kylee clearly explained how she would organise the sale, including advice on the marketing and presentation of our house. We put all aspects of the sale of our house entirely in Kylee's hands. Our trust in Kylee, was well rewarded with lots of buyer interest in our property, resulting in a quick sale at a price we were happy with. If you are looking for an honest, trustworthy, reliable real estate agent, that will keep you updated on your property sale, we can highly recommend Kylee.
Having looked for months for a home and having some not so nice experiences with Agents we were on our last week end of viewing before leaving purchasing until the new year, We then viewed a property that was listed with One Agency. When we arrived we were welcomed by friendly staff who were very engaging. They answered all questions and provided detailed information about the property. When we decided we wanted to buy the home Kylee was exceptional with her communication, keeping us up to date at all times. Once we were advised we were successful with our offer Kylee agreed to meet on a Sunday for paperwork to be signed as this was the only convenient time for us. Our overall experience with Kylee was absolutely fabulous! We would have no hesitation dealing with Kylee again and recommending One Agency to our friends
From the moment Kylee inspected our property I knew she was the one to sell our property. She was excited about our property and I knew that she would get potential buyers excited also. Kylee took the time to explain the process to us and I felt that every step of the the way Kylee and her team from One Agency were there to help us get the result we wanted. Kylee has a very engaging personality and is great with people, she handled all our concerns and worries with professionalism and understanding. When it looked like our sale might not go ahead, Kylee and Matt Lloyd pulled out all stops to get our property exchanged. I would recommend Kylee and her team to anyone wanting to sell their property. Thank you for a job well done.
Kylee made everything easy, we couldnt be happier with the service provided and the outcome of the sale.
Kylee made me a promise that she had a purchaser in the wings who would be interested in my property so I put her to the test and to my surprise she came through sold in 5 days and $10000 over my expectations. Couldnt speak more highly of her.
would highly recommend Kylee and her team at One Agency, they did an amazing job in selling our property and achieving a record price for our suburb. many thanks Michael & jenny
Kylee and her team set the bar very high with their local knowledge, professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile. I've both bought & sold with Kylee and the service received on both occasions is second to none. Kylee is a property agent from whom you can seek advice without any feeling of obligation which is a rare thing in the real estate world. I highly recommend this agency.
