"Delightfully private & peaceful yet close to everything"
All the 7 homes are attractive and set on the cool side of round hill in the centre of Gladstone.
Most of them back onto peaceful bushland with walking tracks leading right up to the lookout, you can see all of Gladstone from there, and right out to sea.
The way the houses are positioned in levels there is a real feeling of space and privacy.
Neighbours are all friendly and quiet and have a yarn if you see them, but I have never found them intrusive.
We have lived here 12 years, it has been an awesome place to raise a family.
