New Farm, QLD 4005 is located within the Brisbane local government area, part of the Brisbane Region in Queensland.
Looking particularly around the Moray St area - is this area prone to flooding?

Yes it is flood prone to about Sydney Street. If you own a house in any flood prone area just have the right insurance and then if it ever floods you get a free renovation :)
