Is new farm safe?

Hi guys,
Im looking to move to new farm soon. Visited a few times during the day and it seems nice and friendly. Just wondering what sort of crowd you get in the area late at night and on weekends? Ive been staying in the valley and its a bit too heavy going for me. Cheers guys

Yes, very. I'm a single woman who lives there and I feel safe all the time walking around by myself. There are quite a few people around and I've never had a bad vibe walking home.
