to everyone wanting to make a good investment you need to be looking in the beacon hill allambie hieght area of n beaches sydney some of the house are crying out to be renovated and for you to make either a great home or a great return on your investment do me a favour check it out its a great location and the area is about to burst best streets are tobruk ave and owen stanley ave lots of potential dont delay this area is going places

hi pino look at the location its close to everything some great size blocks good schools great shopping nearby close to all the fantastic beaches close to the manly scene plenty of potential major investment coming via state and private example first virgin gym not just in sydney the whole of au what does branson know????????? and the area is under valued compared to surrounding suburbs ps new hospital planned and will happen all the doc and nurses needs somewhere to live nearby

Looks like alot is going into that area, and researched it this morning and have seen that surrounding suburbs are priced more, so maybe a great opportunity. thanks insight
