"Great area!!!"

Charing Cross Hotel, also in the Art Deco styleCharing Cross is a locality in eastern Sydney, in the state of New South Wales, Australia. Charing Cross is part of the suburb of Waverley and is situated at the intersection of Bronte Road and Carrington Road. The name is used to describe this intersection and the short shopping strip extending to the east along Bronte Road, and is used as a reference point for the homes and schools located around it.

The locality is named after Charing Cross, London, England. At one point a railway station was proposed at Charing Cross for the Eastern Suburbs railway line. Charing Cross was a much more significant shopping area prior to the rise in importance of Bondi Junction, including a large Westfield shopping centre there. It fell into decline with shops closing, but recently has been reflecting the gentrification of the area with the moving in of up-market clothing and gourmet food stores.

"ok area"

Arndell Park is a predominantly industrial suburb in the City of Blacktown, in Western Sydney, in the state of New South Wales, Australia. Its postcode is 2148.

The suburb takes its name from Thomas Arndell who was appointed Assistant Surgeon to the settlement in New South Wales and arrived with the First Fleet. He later joined Captain Tench in 1789 in the journey of exploration from Prospect Hill to the Nepean River.

"Great street in one of Sydneys best suburbs."

This tiny beach is nestled between Bondi and Bronte and is frequented exclusively by Sydney's A society people. While the surf can be dangerous, Tamarama beach is a haven for serious sunbathing as well as celebrity watching.

The beachfront cafe has a well-deserved reputation and the park behind the beach offers picnic tables and barbecue facilities - great day out while looking out for celebrities. Three inspectors patrol the beach daily between October and May (9am-7pm) and volunteer lifesavers are also on duty at the weekend and public holidays (Summer only). Very limited car parking, one of the down
points of this area but great to keep it quite!

Median House Price (Oct '09): $3,450,000 - one of Sydneys highest.

"Great Area, Expensive but there is a reason for that!"

Most of the street is quite with not much traffic, some homes have uninterrupted views of the Harbour Bridge and Opera House, also some look out over Shark Island and the tops of well-known estates like ‘The Hermitage' and ‘Tahiti'. This is definently a street for Sydney's elite and properties rarley come up for sale.

"Great Street for both families and active adults and for property investing"

As an Investment:
As a property buyers agent at Capital Property Advisory specialising in property investing for large portfolio holders, we have seen immense growth in this street.

As an Owner Occupier:
For a waterfront location - this has it all... There are mostly families with young children or retirees living in this street, and therefore, the atmosphere is friendly and quiet. There is a fantastic Cafe just up the road, a new IGA, several independent stores and it's walking distance to Five Dock's main street.
At Christmas time, more than 50% of the street put lights on their home, and in the week leading up to Christmas, they all join together for Carols by Candlelight at Halliday Park.
The ideal place to call home for fitness enthusiasts - you have kilometres of walking tracks to choose from, stretching from Concord to Abbotsford Cove, and the Bay Run is just over the hill at Drummoyne.
Stroll across the road to fish, take the tinnie out for a run along Parramatta River, or just enjoy the beautiful Western Sunsets - its not hard to see why people love this street! (and it's so affordable compared to the Eastern Suburbs yet so close to the City)
