East River Plaza Opens For Business

In case no one had heard, the East River Plaza is now open for business in Harlem. The much-anticipated Harlem shopping center features Manhattan’s first Costco and Target stores.

I remember talking about Cisco in another forum, I just don't remember which. I believe you have to be a member of Cisco to use it, right?

@hhusted you mean Costco? not Cisco.. Cisco sells consumer electronics.

Do you know I've never been to a Target? I think I've been to a K-Mart in NYC once, and a Wal-Mart when I was at school in New England, but don't think I've ever seen a Target! Does that make me sheltered or what?

@ajadedidealist It doesnt make you sheltered. You I believe were raised in Manhattan and the city didnt have an accessible Target until now..

@ajadedidealist: You lived in Manhattan most of your life. It is only recently that Target came to Manhattan. Although, Target has always been on Long Island. Didn't you ever go to Long Island, especially East Meadow, Hempstead, or Valley Stream?
