So, one time, as a young couple, my boyfriend and I decided to treat ourselves a little and went out to a French place in mid-Manhattan. It was the kind of snooty place that was a bit over the budget of a couple of students, but you know, we felt it was worth it to indulge a little. Anyway, my boyfriend found a cockroach in his entree. An big, unmistakeably whole cockroach cooked right into the sauce.
