Hi there,
Bus route 525 & 526 take you between Newington & Wentworth Point, these services run quite regular during the day.
If you search on 131500.info for the time tables use Homebush Bay instead of Wentworth Point.
I can't help you with the fares and monthly/quarterly passes, but I'm sure you can find those out from the public transport info line: 131500.
