Baird Street has a mix of investment properties and home owned properties. We currently have 11 Baird Street for sale at Offers Over $199,000 which we feel represents great value and would suit the First Home Buyer or Investor. The University of Tasmania, Tafe and Maritime College are located in Newnham and there are only three sets of lights to Launceston so it is a very convenient place to live.
