In the company’s upcoming end-of-financial-year report, Homely is set to reveal, among other achievements, an increase in returning logged-in users in the second half of FY24, showcasing enhanced user satisfaction and loyalty. Homely will also reveal a significant increase in enquiries generated for customers over the past 12 months.

Homely’s unique value proposition in the form of its hyperlocal street and suburb review and Q&A sections. These sections have become daily destinations for hundreds of thousands of Australians, amassing over a million pieces of content. Beyond helping  buyers and renters make more informed property decisions, Homely’s street and suburb reviews provide a reason for property seekers to return to the platform, resulting in more property listing views and engagement.

The use of Homely’s street and suburb review functionality continues to grow. In the last 30 days, street and suburb reviews left by users have increased by 32% over the same period last year. The Homely Q&A community also enriches the property search experience. With a 95.5% increase in content submitted in the first half of this calendar year, this offering establishes Homely as a premier resource for local insights and tips on living in areas across Australia.

Homely’s unique street and suburb reviews also provide valuable data that can be used for broader insights. Homely has just released its Top 40 Friendliest Suburbs Report, following its Top 50 Most Liveable and Affordable Suburbs Report, which garnered nationwide attention for its qualitative insights derived from thousands of pieces of user-generated content submitted over the past 12 months.
