Homely rolls out Instant List beta program at Transform 2021

This week homely.com.au, a leading industry-backed Australian real estate portal, has beta launched its newest product for agents and property managers called ‘Homely Instant List’.
Homely Instant List enables property managers and real estate agents to start marketing properties on homely.com.au the instant a landlord or vendor is ready to lease or sell their home via Homely’s iOS app.
Hundreds of agents and property managers attending Transform 2021 have been given the ability to test drive Instant List before its Australia-wide launch.
Adam Spencer, Co-Founder/Co-CEO of homely.com.au, says, “we’re excited to get this into the hands of many agents at the beta testing stage. We hope to capture mass amounts of data and constructive feedback from agents and property managers using Instant List in real-time in the field”.

The biggest advantage of Instant List is that it gives real estate professionals the ability to attract potential buyers and renters and start fielding early enquiries weeks or even months before the standard campaign begins.
Once an Instant List is published, alerts automatically go to interested buyers and renters who have previously set up Homely property alerts that match the new listings suburb and property criteria.

And their vendors are wrapped to see their home is promoted live on Homely so quickly, as fast as within five minutes, after signing the authority to list”.
