Bush living at its primal best on Victoria’s coast.
Melbourne’s Mornington Peninsula is renowned for a few things, the beaches, the spas and the food, however sometimes it underestimated just how much privacy you can indulge in when relaxing on the coast. We came across 71 Lookout Road, Red Hill, Victoria and thought this was the perfect home for people looking for a little space and privacy. And here is why:
1. You won’t have neighbours for miles!
Situated on 3 acres of natural bush land, you won’t have a neighbour in site for miles. You also will be able to play your music as loud as you like without anyone ever telling you to turn the music down.
2. You get to appreciate minimal design:
One of the beautiful things about 71 Lookout Road, Red Hill is how simple the design is. It has been simplified in to a home comprised of straight lines and block like structures. Perfect for the person who likes order or symmetry.
3. You will never need an air-conditioner again:
By being built with glass windows on all walls, each side is able to be opened up whenever you please, letting fresh air flow through the home. This is especially advantageous in summer, as you can let the breeze flow in, cooling down the home naturally.
*You may need a bit more heat in the winter months, so a classic wood log fire is a solid addition!
4. Your background will be the best hide and seek playground ever!
The best feature about this home has to be the space on offer. Especially if you have young ones who love to play hide and seek. With endless bushland on offer, the kids will be able to play for hours on end and get back to some old fashioned fun.
So what are you waiting for? Take a peak at this unique and incredible home. Considering a change of pace? This could be your answer.

What a spot. The black timber thing is really whet it’s at, as is the opportunity to turn the Gibson and Mesa Boogie up to 11. Just needs to be in QLD so no need for a steamer when paddling out!
