The area was split in the last couple of years. The Woolstore precinct has been renamed Terneriffe. Teneriffe generally achieves slightly higher prices. The 2brm,2bth units start from about $480p/w in Teneriffe and $450p/w in Newstead. Both areas offer prestege properties that can rent for well over $1000p/w.
The area has seen a new City Cat terminal and shopping centre (woolworths) in recent times. Also more development and parkland has been created. Hope that helps.. You can also view www.rwnf.com.au/rent
