This is a really nice street and area - you can’t go wrong! Walking distance to local shops and good schools nearby. Nicholls is a sought after area - especially for townhouses! Many of the houses on Freda Bennett Circuit are 4 bed in the $750 800k mark so I would think about it fast if it’s a good price for the townhouse. Can’t go wrong with this suburb and area.
