Looking for a home in Nicholson Street?
"Friendly Street in an Established Neighbourhood"
With extra WIDE nature strips and HUGE plane trees lining either side of the street, you could be mistaken for thinking you are driving down a street in a country town, yet two streets away sits one of the busiest intersections in Melbourne. Parallel with Springvale Road and running off Whitehorse Road, Nicholson Street is minutes walk from the famous 'Nunawading Homemaker Mile' and train station. Houses are a mixture of brick and weatherboard homes built around the 40s and 50s. Some have been renovated, while others have been demolished to make way for new multi-unit site developments. Nicholson street is a great place to raise a family as it is quiet yet close to all amenities, including a number of good quality schools.
